I'm Rene Huey-Lipton, founder of The Dame Collective, strategist, brand identity coach, and eternal truth-teller. I launched this movement in 2019 after navigating a job search that, quite frankly, took too damn long. Not because I lacked experience or vision—but because the world wasn’t ready to see a woman over 40 as more. But I am more. And so are you.
